Each time you train, you get your own freshly-cleaned 40 sq.ft. 'pod’, which comes equipped with 8 dumbbells, 4 kettlebells, 2 medicine balls, a pair of pull-up rings and a suspension trainer. It's not circuit training, so there's no sharing of sweaty equipment.

Our unisex no-nudity locker rooms feature individual changing booths, complimentary digital lockers, and private cubicles with full-length mirror and rain shower. With everything you need provided free of charge, it’s the perfect way to transition back to real life after a session.
